Guidelines

 How it works
  • The minimum batch size for any one week programme is 10 and the maximum batch size is 30.
  • The participants will have to bring ‘point and shoot’ cameras with a video function.
  • Children will work in groups of 3 to 5.
  • For editing and other post-production work, adequate number of computers with the necessary software will be arranged on a shared basis.
  • Reading materials and essential software will be provided to the participants in a CD.
Safety and Comforts
  • For residential programmes that entail overnight stay:
    Simple vegetarian food with minimal comfort beds or mats would be provided.
    Rooms will be Non A/C type; toilets will be mostly Indian-type.
  • A healthy adult to children ratio of 1:5 would be maintained.
  • These programmes are for both girls and boys; women members of ecoLogin will be supervisors for the girls.

General Instructions

All Kids must carry a original school identity card, photocopy of the valid identity card (Voter ID, PAN card, Driving License) of the Parent/Guardian.
Kids should not wear any jewellery or costly gadgets to the summer camp. 
ecoLogin is not responsible for the safety of any personal belongings of the kids. 
ecoLogin reserves all rights to cancel the trip midway if the kids are found to be violating these rules. 
Kids are requested not to use any heavy perfumes.
• Please do not leave any garbage in the places that we visit, other than in designated garbage dumping areas or waste collection facilities.
